Lilac & Bloom is a women-led company that started as a small, independent flower business in West London in 2015 and the aim since then is to provide a bespoke and outstanding customer service. We pride in creating unique floral arrangements, displays and hand tied bouquets whilst caring for nature, sustainable resources and low carbon footprint.

About the owner:
I've always loved flowers, and some of my earliest childhood memories involved their scents and colours. I remember the black, velvety tulips from my nans' garden, the heavenly fragranced roses and the blooming trees. They all have their place in nature and are perfect in their imperfections. Blooms, meadow flowers, vast fields of flowers, tropical plants, rare flowers or just the fresh, green colour of a shrub. They still take my breath away and always make everything more beautiful. They allow us to appreciate the joy of nature and the passing seasons.
I’ve been in the industry for almost a decade and I have been so lucky and delighted to experience the world of flowers and events. Working with clients and being able to bring to life their aesthetic vision makes me happy.
I've lived in West London for a long time and love to walk in Richmond Park, Kew Gardens and the surrounding riverside areas to get inspiration for my floral work. Whilst I'm happy to provide traditional arrangements when required, I also love making arrangements that have an untamed, wilder and more natural appearance.
I see the beauty in the details - from the most delicate flower crown to a huge flower installation. I love to play and create, and I love the discipline and the artistry behind it.
It makes a difference even when a single bloom or plant is present. They really do brighten up your day!

Q6: What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
Our courier will contact the recipient for advice and leave the flowers in a safe spot or with a neighbour, and we’ll notify you with a delivery photo.

Yes. All transactions are encrypted using SSL technology for your safety.
Flower Care
Q9: How long will my flowers last?
Most arrangements last 5–7 days (up to 2 weeks, depending on the flowers) with proper care.
Q10: How should I care for my flowers?
Trim stems, change water every 2 days, and keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
Special Occasions & Subscriptions
Q11: Do you offer flower subscriptions?
Yes, you can choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly deliveries at discounted rates. Please contact us.
Q12: Can I include gifts with my flowers?
You can add chocolates, balloons, candles, wine, prosseco champagne and greeting cards to your order.
Returns & Refunds
Q13: What if I’m not satisfied with my flowers?
If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.

Store Policies
Return Policies
Flowers or plants are perishable goods and they can’t be returned. A refund between 10% - 80% may be applicable if the customer proofs with a picture of the Lilac & Bloom goods and within 48 hours that they didn’t meet the criteria.
Cancellations must be made with minimum of 3 days in advance for orders under £100.00 or with a week in advance for orders over £100.00.
Terms of Service
Please take in consideration that we are a local, small business and we do our best to provide a bespoke and a high quality service. We are always here to help and give extra information in case needed. Our promise is that our goods will always be the freshest and delivered in optimal conditions. All goods and products shown on this Website are representations only of the designs that will be delivered by us. In order to achieve maximum longevity for our customers, fresh flowers are dispatched in the condition in which they are harvested, which may be in “bud” or “unopened” condition. Customers who require flowers to be in an “open” condition should take account of prevailing temperatures and place their orders accordingly, as we cannot guarantee when the flowers will be in the condition required for use.
Substitution policy
As flowers may be seasonal, we reserve the right to substitute any flowers not currently in stock. To ensure customer satisfaction, flowers will be substituted with a flower similar size and color of the same or superior style, quality and value.
Deliveries
Please ensure that the recipient address and contact details are accurate and please give additional instructions to make it easier for our drivers to find difficult addresses. Please keep us informed if there are any changes of the address or contact. In case the recipient is not at home, we will do our best to inform the recipient and the customer through a voicemail, message or a card and we will leave the goods with a neighbour or in a safe place, making sure that a photo will make a proof. All delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be the essence of delivery. The price quoted excludes delivery (unless otherwise stated) and the goods are at your risk from time of delivery.
Although we try our best, we cannot guarantee a specific time of the day for home adresses deliveries (between 3pm and 6pm). For special deliveries, please enquire within.
In case of deliveries to hospitals, businesses and universities, we cannot guarantee that the flowers will be directly handed but we will make sure that the reception will keep them safely and inform the recipient. We would also recommend these deliveries to be made on weekdays and during office hours. Please ensure you provide us enough information for the reception/post room staff.
